Richard is the newest addition to Eltham Counselling. Richard has over 20 years experience in counselling patients with Mental Health issues. Richard believes it is important that the client's needs are understood and help them to find the words to how they are experiencing their lives. And whether it be a shift in mood (anxiety or depression), a trauma, difficult family relationships or a separation, it helps to talk it through, and be heard.
